  13. There are only 2 ISDN phones available in Switzerland, so I decided to
  14. buy one in Germany. By mistake (apparently) I chose the Europa 20 from
  15. DT.

  17. They assured me in Germany that the phone is fully compatible to the
  18. EuroISDN and in Switzerland that the SwissNet 3 is fully compatible to
  19. the EuroISDN.

  21. Now, an even bigger problem: the phone actually _works_ in my office
  22. and some other places, but doesn't work at my home. It works in my
  23. office with my Siemens Albis NT+2ab (which I brought from home to
  24. test). But the same setup doesn't work here...

  26. Other ISDN phones, as well as the AVM A1 v3.0 work OK.
  27. The Europa 20 dagegen emits strange noises when connected to the line
  28. and resets every 3-4 seconds.
  29. It says "System Start", then "Wiederaufnahme", and then emits a
  30. scratching noise and then everything repeats...

  32. I had people from Siemens Albis, some El. Ings., my phone installateur
  33. and many other people working on this problem.
